Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information GanaGPT ("the app", "we") collects, why, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
- Account info: the email address and password you sign up with (handled by Supabase Auth; we never see or store your raw password).
- Profile info: the username and avatar you choose.
- Content you create: prompts, lyrics, style/genre descriptions, and any reference audio you upload, which are sent to our AI music generation provider (fal.ai) to produce a song, and the generated songs themselves.
- App activity: songs you create, like, or share; play counts; credits balance and transaction history; referral, feedback, and activation-code activity.
- Purchase info: subscription status and purchase history, processed by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not see your payment card details.
- Advertising identifiers: if you watch a rewarded ad for free credits, our ad partners (Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay) may collect device/advertising identifiers to select and measure ads.
- Basic technical logs: standard request logs (like IP address and timestamps) generated by our infrastructure providers for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account, and let you sign in.
- To generate the songs you request and show them back to you.
- To operate app features: your library, likes, credits, referrals, and subscriptions.
- To show rewarded ads and grant the credits they unlock.
- To respond to feedback or support requests you send us.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum data needed with the service providers that power the app:
- Supabase — database, authentication.
- Cloudflare — API (Workers) and audio file storage (R2).
- fal.ai — receives your generation inputs (prompt/lyrics/style/reference audio) to produce the song.
- Google AdMob / Unity LevelPlay — serve and measure rewarded ads.
- RevenueCat / Google Play Billing — process subscriptions and report entitlement status.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Database access is restricted by row-level security so accounts can only read and write their own data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text by us.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete individual songs, and manage credits/subscriptions directly in the app. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- On the web (no app install needed): https://worker.socialarmysmm.workers.dev/delete-account — sign in with your account email/password to confirm.
Deleting your account removes your profile, songs, uploaded reference audio, credits history, and likes. This cannot be undone.
Children's privacy
GanaGPT is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will update the effective date above.
